OMG is it out?!?!
I don’t know! I live under a sad rock!
I hope your rock cheers up soon
SORRY I HAD TO
It isn’t, because the universe is cold and indifferent to suffering
Has anyone played Dredge all the way to the end?
I’m maybe stuck on one puzzle but don’t want to google I just need a very gentle hint.
Nevermind I figured it out!
What is everyone’s favorite I was a teenage Exocolonist character? I’m replaying and it’s as good as I remember. No better!
Don’t make me choooooose. (Except I got really attached to Marz my first run and so if pressed probably her but also I like the political intrigue and her fashion is top tier)
Building the bar and/or unlocking barista is fun for a camp-centric run though!
Oh I had forgotten about barista! Dude so many cool things to do. I bought it on my switch so it’s all new in terms of collecting endings and screenshots. I did get a new Dys ending tho!
I think my favorite right now is Rex. Cal was close second.
Tang is ROUGH lol.
Tang is so rough.
Probably Cal and Rex for me! I like Cal more as a character but Rex is fun to hang out with
I should get that game huh
You would really love it
i’ve been enjoying the elden ring dlc…
ALRIGHT KIDS.
I need ya’lls help.
I have basically 100%-ed Dredge and am pausing that until the DLC in August.
I am idly playing Moonstone Island but am basically done with plot.
It’s time to find The Next Game.
Contenders:
- Wandering Village. Currently $18.74 on Steam sale. Has controller support which is how I play all Steam games. Concerns – it’s early access.
- Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. Currently $35.99 on Steam sale. Loved the old R&C games to pieces, but I’m concerned it’s not a very long game and even on sale it’s not a cheap one, imo. I would not pay full price for it ($60) but this might be an acceptable price.
- Outer Wilds. Currently $14.99 on Steam sale. Might be similar to Subnautica which I adored? Don’t know a ton about it. Has controller support.
WHICH SHOULD I BUY?
- The Wandering Village
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
- Outer Wilds
I think @Meowkins has played Wandering Village and @neovonretorch has played Outer Wilds but I am not certain about that.
Wandering Village is on my list. It’s been in early access for a long time so hopefully you won’t encounter any unplayable bugs. I looked at Outer Wilds and to really enjoy it you apparently have to pay attention to a lot of lore and I’m not really into the cosmic horror mythos. Don’t know anything about the other one.
N and I just binged Dredge and I am sort of disappointed. It was a fine and fun fishing game but felt like the plot never came together and then I found out we managed to finish the game without finding the old mayor and so we did miss a big chunk of plot, so kindof annoyed that was possible.
Currently sitting at two votes for wandering Village and one vote for outer wilds… Having you all make my decisions for me is quite fun LOL
Ah not it! Haven’t played these three. Main one I’ve played is Valheim! But I mostly like it because it’s a nice multiplayer game. (My first time playing… solo… was kind of frustrating as most survival games tend to be until you get the hang of them.)
I’m going to wreck your poll and say that I just finished Lorelei and the laser eyes and it was very very good. Hard puzzles though, so if you’re in a more puttering mood then maybe not the best choice.
Looks fun! Gonna play tonight.
I’m beginning to think I should just play every single Annapurna game in a row. So far they are all very good.
