My sleep often goes crappy before my period. The last few days I’ve been waking up around 4 (an hour early for me) and couldn’t get back to sleep. Well today I woke up at 3:20 and thought I might just be up 
but I stuck it out and I DID go back to sleep eventually! Then slept until my alarm.

New meal to add to the rotation and minimal dishes! BBQ loaded baked potatoes, using leftover pulled pork from last week. I’ll have to try a south west black bean loaded baked potato thing in the not too distant future.
