I finally stuck baby proofing things to our tv cabinet so I could move the footrest that was being used to block it off.
Sister1 invited herself to dinner (a victory) and brought the dinner (another victory!).
I rode to and from work despite severe weather warnings and made it home 5 minutes before the heavens let loose 
Your shoulder brace makes you look a bit like a cyborg. I kind of want one now for fashion reasons.

Between the gym and 10 miles of dog walks yesterday, when I finally got home I was so beat up and tired I was in tears
BUT.
I got some really good sleep and I spent my morning today in the sunshine with a cool breeze doing my mental health hygiene (my journal, my Breathing App, some yoga)… and I have a fenced in yard now so I was able to come inside while my dog enjoyed the yard and then poked her cute head at the back door when she wanted in.

It keeps me for dislocating my shoulder. A stabilized shoulder was the point. But is it worth the $$$? I have to decide this morning and I have no idea.
Ugh. It’s expensive and it’s too early to tell if it really helps. Return it - then search online??

A few weeks ago, one of the local Medi-Cal insurance providers started using Uber to transport patients to and from their appointments and drug treatment clinics. Suddenly I feel like my job has purpose. I like it.
I found two (individually wrapped) pieces of my favorite chocolate in my cabinet, where I’d apparently stored and forgotten them.
A neighbor just gifted me her old kitchenaid mixer on buy nothing. I’m so excited!
She says it leaks oil a little, but my dad is on his way here to visit and will take a look.

My bigger kid is cleaning the airbnb for me. He is excited about the payment and is working his ass off. When I come behind him and point out the things he missed he fixes it right away and promises to never make that mistake again. I think he could do the job independently soon. Having a reliable cleaning guy would make managing this place much easier.
I shipped back something I ordered online. The FedEx place was so efficient that it took less time to ship than parking my car!
I have Ben & Jerry’s dairy free chocolate fudge ice cream. It’s possibly the most nutritious thing I’ve eaten all day.
I hired a cleaner. They come tomorrow. This means I don’t have to clean the bathroom today.
I’m doing this instead.
I spent $30 for about 5 or six meals of takeout because I still can’t cook food. It feels like a win because a single meal out is 15ish easy
