A bag of groceries fell behind a box of stuff I’ve been meaning to take to be donated, so it’s been riding around with me for two days.

I don’t have moving on my 2024 bingo card, but a friend just reached out bc there’s going to be a vacancy in his building. He pays $1,700. Friends, it is a 3 bed in an area where the market rate is probably more like $2,500-$3,000. We pay $2,100 currently and we’re def under MR. Idk if the pros/cons stack up yet but how exciting!
