My wife insisted on nicer looking toothbrush holders when we remodeled our bathroom a while back, but before that ours were Mason jars. I like yours even better!

I got to see a huge tarantula walking down the street yesterday (on Halloween!). I got out of the car and followed it for a while just to nerd out.

Cycled 52 miles on the exercise bike today. Visualised hills and so on, and really tried to engage those big muscles which bring up the rear. Then did a nice long meditation. And then, oddly enough, I had to come to bed early for a little lie down. My legs are going to hate me in the morning… lol
