Nope, it wasn’t me! The admissions lady who had called me to tell me that yesterday today emailed me to tell me she was mistaken. So I’m all set and we’re back to victory status! (Unless I don’t get admitted, but I’ll worry about that later.)

I visited a clients house yesterday and the dog promptly sat on my foot and demanded pats. She continued to follow me around the entire time I was there. I

After a ‘meh’ massage this week (that I saved up for and was looking forward to), today I called the massage school and spoke to the coordinator for some time about the open student clinics – explaining what I would like and what I would not like to make sure they could accommodate me, it seems like they can!
Their fee is like $25. Yay!

Our front door is sagging on the hinges and super hard to open and close. It’s in steel/is a fire door and needs to be professionally remounted.
We rent, so I didn’t have to do anything other than submit an online notice to our maintenance guy. He arranged everything, we pay nothing, we’re going to take the dog and baby for a walk today and come home to a miraculously fixed door. Sometimes, not owning is awesome.

I just finished a hike with @MonkeyJenga and her friend and I think I did not injure my feet further. And then I went down to get food at one of my favorite places and made it there 15 minutes before closing (I didn’t even realize they closed in the afternoon!). The server said it was too late to order my usual salmon kama, but then said she wanted one as well, so she put in the order for me

Same sentence again today, different member of the administrative cabinet. Despite my protestations, looks like I’m being offered a new job with roughly a data scientist’s duties and salary…
