I hung out with my Due Date buddies yesterday. They stayed for 5 hours! It was so cool seeing all the babies together. We recreated the photo of all of us from my baby shower, and got some great photos of the kids all together. (Latte tried to eat someone’s arm 
and the other girl fishhooked the boys mouth haha. It was adorably disastrous).
Anyway, a big part of the victory was us all getting together with newborns. The other part is all of us having newborns

For the first time in 7.5 years, I don’t have any items relating to grad school/dissertation on my to-do list.

Husband agreed to do a meet and greet on this very sweet pupper who just got neutered and had his leg amputated. He was shy at first, but then got very snuggly and playful after I petted him and we do some belly rubs. I didn’t even notice his missing leg until he turned around.
Now just waiting on the rescue to write back to us about scheduling. Fingers crossed!
