I did some marketing to try to get some new consulting clients. I hate doing this and I procrastinate it HARD. But it is done. For now. Victory is mine.
My coworker brought in chips and dessert hummus, and ran the ingredients by me to make sure I could eat them.
The library bought a book I requested, and I get to read it in two weeks!
My friend worked from home, so I bundled up in fuzzy clothes and cuddled in front of the fire.
I’m hanging out on the dog’s bed in front of the propane heater with the dog and his cat.
Edit: proof
I passed the end-of-class evaluation for my swimming class, so I get to move on to the next level for the next session. Yay.
My cat is perfect
(let’s be real, kitties are really giant godlike victories)
I’m eating roasted sweet potatoes.
I annoyed my brother about joining WhatsApp so we could have a sibling chat and he introduced me to one the rest of them already had on discord!
I have an excellent baby.
And she has excellent parents! Coincidence? I think not.
Haha I appreciate it, but I can claim no credit! We’re just very lucky
I hereby bestow upon you some credit
Tony victor attached to the tiny complaint I had yesterday (Tiny Complaints): the book series my library didn’t have any more of is available on kindle unlimited and I had an offer for 3 months for 99 cents!
I got a larger Christmas bonus at work than I was expecting.
I went out and my feet got cold. I’m home now and a cat is warming my feet up.
I’m in a bath
I organized my spices, which were driving me crazy and sometimes falling out of the cabinet into the pots and pans I was using.
Tell me about this spice rack??? It looks good!!
It is this one. I liked it because it came with all the bottles – a lot of my spices were in various bags, pint containers, etc. Now everything is uniform and pretty. I think if I had a different space for them I might have gone with a rotating spice rack.
