Now my whole hand is peeling off where the blisters were (like, my whole palm and all around every finger), and I can’t stop picking at it. So satisfying, but SUCH A BAD PLAN. The skin underneath is definitely not ready to be out in public yet.

It took this long for my annual “summertime” ankle rash/eczema/whatever to show up but here it is. It also took this long for my seasonal allergies to kick in so it’s pretty clear the 2 are related, it seems.

I left something on the stove while I was practicing piano and it burned and I’m pretty sure I ruined my favorite giant enameled dutch oven

I have done this before and hope is not lost! This method sounds crazy but it does work. You may have to repeat it a few times to get through all the layers depending on how much got burnt. another option is to make it a paste and then have it dry. surprisingly effective. It also works on stainless steel.

For the third morning in a row, there are javelinas in my carport eating my neighbors trash. Last night the neighbors left literal trash bags of food sitting out on the ground 
every morning a pack of javelinas comes at the exact same time, which prevents me from going for my walk, or if I leave for my walk and come back, they are all over the carport, trapping me in the parking lot. I think 3 days in a row is grounds for a friendly neighbor note. I don’t understand why after 3 days in a row of having to clean up piles of trash from the ground, you would keep doing the same thing?

Day 6 of sickness for me. House has descended into chaos. Kids home sick, too, and fighting constantly. And it’s not even Covid. We’ve gone through so much sickness this Fall and none of it has been Covid which means Covid is still waiting out there to nab us.
