Try to handle it this morning and the first CSR was pleasant, good at her job but couldn’t do anything. Her supervisor was a rude asshole. He accidentally let the solution slip in between being combative; but his knowledge also seems sketchy (it is unlikely most canadian orders ship from indianapolis; there is a warehouse between me and old house). But if you ship all canadian orders from the US without shipping to your own warehouse canadians pay customs.

These are actually important differences for diagnosing (and treating symptoms) for schizophrenia, dementia, med adverse reactions, etc.!
So a hallucination you can know is false. It’s something you see, feel, hear, taste, or smell. A delusion is something you believe. Like you think you’re a king. If you’re in a consult and someone says “people are after me”, it’s important to determine if they think that because they keep seeing people around corners, or because they have an intense internal conviction of this idea. Notably, delusions are resistant to confrontation.
Confusion the way people commonly use it for illness etc is usually what would be called delirium. The biggest things here are sudden onset, disorientation, impaired attention and alertness, and usually changes to behavior- agitated/withdrawal/or depressed.

Ooof I’m sorry! Are you on any cough suppressants? Those cause me hallucinations. And be sure to check your oxygenation, acute confusion can be because of low oxygen.
Feel free to post whatever meds you’re taking and we can check if any are likely to cause confusion or hallucinations.
(You may know all this but I barely remember my name when sick, so imma assume the same here)

Toddler broke the pulse ox months ago. But it seems mainly correlated with fever. Nails look good. Trying to drug and wet the fever with advil

Finally tracked down the pants my mom gave me. She got them for like $20 at TJ Max. To get another pair it looks like I’ll have to go through their website, to the tune of $72 a pair (25% off coupon, but STILL).

The Halloween wine I bought is more like gluhwein. I like gluhwein but it is weird to drink it cold and I am not drinking it hot when it’s 80 out. And it’s not what I wanted. And I have no other wine in the house.
