Was sitting on my bike at dead stop. Was suddenly on the ground on my bike (still at dead stop). Very unclear what happened, but I do know one of my shifters is now twisted.

I’d say 1/3 of my packages lately have either been misdelivered or stolen. I’m tired of having to deal with customer service and wait even longer for the replacement, and it seems wasteful to get the same thing shipped twice. I prefer shopping in person anyway, but not everything I need/want is available that way.
Don’t really know what the solution is but I’m over it.

When we were dealing with this, we switched to a bunch of stuff being delivered at my brothers work for a while. He lived with us, to be clear, so he could bring stuff back. The other thing I’ve seen people do is use some sort of PO Box. I don’t know if either of those are options for you, but yeah, it’s absolute misery when you can’t reliably get mail!

My work’s mail system is a hot mess or I would totally try that! I like the idea of a PO box, but it’s soooo expensive where I live. Maybe if this continues long enough I’ll go for it.

There’s a business near my work that lets you have your packages delivered there and you just pick them up later. That way, your stuff doesn’t get stolen. Maybe you have something like that in your area?

Every other time this has happened, the company will send me a replacement immediately and take up the insurance claim with the delivery carrier.
Hobby Lobby, however, wants me to file the claim with USPS myself and won’t consider sending me a replacement for at least 10 days. Thanks for nothing!! I normally don’t even shop there; I only ordered from them this time because I needed something specific that only they carried.

I keep getting WAY too annoyed by things people are doing at work, and it’s affecting how well I’m doing my job. I do document updates for my department, and the same person keeps giving slightly different, conflicting feedback on the wording for my updates, or someone is like “make sure to reference this change control!” that hasn’t actually been approved or assigned to me, like I’m magically supposed to know about it in the ether?
None of the comments are WRONG, per se, but they’re just building up a bunch of resentment that I have to go back and change yet another thing in the documents I’m updating that no one noticed in the last THREE EDIT CYCLES, and it makes things take so long 
And then I push them aside because I’m so irritated I don’t want to look at them right now, and they take even longer, hahahahaha.
Maybe this is what my brand new therapist was talking about when she said I should pay attention and notice when I just people-please my way through things at work?

That sucks, 3+ edit cycles would be crazy making. Are you able to go to your manager and/or their manager and say “It’s not an efficient use of my time if there are endless editing cycles”?
My TC: someone at work changed a template somehow and now I get to kick back multiple things are are on the wrong form.

It’s partially my fault, I haven’t been specific about limiting the number of edit cycles, but also I always feel like I should incorporate the changes if they’re legit. Again with the people pleasing!
