Compute power. I haven’t got enough to run 30 days of data much less the 2 years worth I need to make any real conclusion.
I need to fix something with my phone and the next step is to do a factory reset and I don’t wanna. Factory reset is intimidating and might not even fix the issue.
I am making myself eat one jar of Meh Soup per week, to free up freezer space which we desperately need.
I usually try and do this on Mondays so it’s not hanging over my head all week. But yesterday I could only make it through half the jar.
So I’m going to finish it today, but I don’t want it. I want tasty lunch, not Meh Soup.
Also, another seller on an Amazon Handmade seller’s facebook group just reported that a customer told her “I hope all your kids get covid!” because their package is delayed with USPS.
I mean, seriously. Gifts are nice. But what gift is SO important that if you don’t get it it is OK to wish possibly fatal illness on people?
Keynote is incapable of creating a 20 slide deck with no images in less than 30mb, and Box is so slow at uploading it has taken5 minutes to get to 3%.
And the last upload try failed at 79.
This is my vacation and I just want to get this deck to the person so they don’t share anything stupid because they don’t have a replacement for their crap deck.
(Said crap deck had some whoppers in it, this one has real data based on at least 20 people and makes valid comparisons, so my guess is that nobody will like it)
I really don’t want to try today, to work or to be nice or to be happy. But I can’t go home and not try, because I live with people (well, one person in particular) who will want to fix me ASAP.
I forgot to back up my photo folder specifically. I backed up all my pictures, they’re all safe! But I had a curated batch on my phone spanning over several years and I lost that collection so I would have to manually go pull those out of the folders they’re saved in if I wanted to recreate it. (Losing the photos entirely would be a more than tiny complaint.)
I am picking up fancy sushi takeout but I scheduled for 6:15pm (deliberately not choosing the 6pm slot so that my sushi wouldn’t be sitting), arrived early at 6:05pm, and then was told that everything is running 15 minutes late…
Still waiting and my fingers are cold but I want to browse on my phone like everyone else out here
Now looking like 30 min late…
While I was sleeping last night, someone must have come in and screwed my head on too tight.
I have made my mother unhappy. My mom and I, and my brother and SIL were planning on a masked, distanced visit tomorrow because my mom has a large living room. My visit is now cancelled because my coworker saw a friend a few days ago, and the friend woke up this morning with no smell or taste, so coworker has been exposed and has potentially exposed all of us at work. Plus her extended family, some of whom are elderly. Too soon for her to test, and she wouldn’t get results for a few days anyway. I think she will need to test to determine if we are open next week or not.
My mom and I had to remember that our family is very lucky that nobody has gotten sick or lost a job, and we need to just be grateful for all of the good in our lives in this insane year. But I wanted to see my family dammit! We were planning to zoom with the ones who were not joining us, so I will attempt to do that too. Hopefully my brother can explain how.
What terrible timing
I have yet hours of help so I can wrap gifts. Baby threw up, needed a bath, and is napping with me. So help is wasted
Fable II and III are not available through Steam or XBox Game Pass. There go my game plans >:c
It is 14 degrees F out.
Yesterday it was 55. (ABOVE zero)
Yes, I know it is December. This still sucks.
My “victory sushi” ended up taking an hour of waiting by Husband, and he wasn’t able to wait in the car. I am deeply unhappy on many fronts.
Yesterday I tried and failed to watch The Mandalorian, and told my mom I’d try again on a smaller screen. I haven’t had a chance yet, but now the rest of the household is continuing it, in the same room with me. So I have audio spoilers but can’t look, and I’m an antisocial turd if I leave the room on Christmas Eve. Humbug.
That sounds pretty poopy of your family members. I’m sorry.
It definitely did not fix the issue. Further research found a thread of people complaining of the same problem and finally someone chimed in saying that it’s a battery issue but no one makes the battery for it any more so even if you find a batter it’s an old one and the problem comes back in six months.
I don’t wanna have to buy a new phone. And since Mr. Meer has the same phone he’d want us both to get new phones but his works fine.
What if you took his phone and he got a new one?
Oof. That bruising and swelling looks very similar to what I had when I fractured my 5th metatarsal this fall. Here’s hoping Kid4 heals quickly!
