There are stretches and exercises recommended for sciatica. Not sure you want to see another doctor or pt now.

That was basically my entire set of symptoms for sciatica…definitely stretches online, plus core exercises, but if it doesn’t go away fairly quickly they suggested I get checked for disk problems.

For some reason, I keep thinking walking is recommended to help with the symptoms - but perhaps I have confused this with some other affliction

I so don’t want any more doctors! But I’ll try more walking. Doctor as a last resort; currently I have at least four appointments a week what with rehabs and specialists.

rehab ppl might be open to you noting the new pain, as sometimes they can adjust their other recommendations to address multiple pieces

Sorry to hog the complaint space, but I just got a jury summons. Starts the day before I have to drive (ok, be driven) into the big city again for multiple tests that I’ve been waiting months for. Plus I’d miss cardiac rehab. Going to see if I can at least get them to postpone.

Good lord! Now is the time to postpone. in my experience they are fine with that as long as you reach out ahead of time.

Concur - they almost always postpone for first request, def would be surprised if they denied a request based on your need.

We had big storms a couple days ago and our internet went out. The internet company’s outage map shows that our service has been restored now, but it hasn’t been. I tried calling last night and the rep kept saying “there is no outage reported in your area.” And I kept saying, “I’m reporting one!” Based on our neighborhood Facebook page, we are all still out and all keep getting told that it must be an equipment failure in our house.

I was hoping to just do small touch up painting on my front porch walls.
The porch is fully covered so I’m a little surprised at how much it’s faded. TV is that Sherwin Williams is open today.
