I think I need to admit this yarn isn’t supposed to be this sweater

Trying to decide whether to get to the fade section and then make the call, or just frog now.

Oh wow I really like those colours though and want to run my hand over the texture.

Beautiful!

I love this so much. I wish I could make and wear one working the polls, I suspect it’s too political for a poll worker though!

probably not enough time to knit this, but you could have it as a WIP

depending on the colours selected, this could be subtle or not. And it probably could be done before Nov depending on your speed.

All done! My yarn was too big, so the collar is huge, but it is done.
Wearing it to vote today.

My winter coat has big holes in the pockets, so I’m sewing ridiculous patches on them. I’m sure I’m not going about this in the best way but I can’t think of how else to do it, and it’s too late to turn back now.

But I have split for the sleeves.

What’s the edge on that? It’s not quite in focus and I don’t know many edgings so I can’t quite get a look at it.

It is just a long tail cast on that is rolling. I think it is supposed to be finished with an applied i cord.

And I ripped back, restarting with alternating the two darker skeins

ETA: @Marcela - rusty mottled grey-purple?

The first patch is complete! Hopefully anyone who looks at it will be too distracted by the cute dinos to notice my dreadful stitching.
