We can use the OMD discord server, or Google hangouts also works for me. Or I can set up a zoom thing, I think you can join one of those and just use your username as your name if you enter through a link

I didn’t realize until now that Discord allows video chat as well as voice chat. I’d be happy to do a craftchat in the Discord server! We all should have access already (if you don’t, let me know and I’ll PM people the link!) and it’d be fun to get the voice channel over there bumping.

Yeah, I think we should deffo schedule ahead of time, especially because we have so many time zones. It might be easier for us to set up two separate craft sessions, one in an evening time range and one in a morning time range, to better accommodate the fact that lots of us lives thousands of miles from each other.

I am up for a craft gathering except for the 22nd, where I have tickets to a socially distant art thing.
In other news, I tried to seam the pullover, and it turns out it does actually need reverse mattress stitch instead of my usual method of winging it. So I’ll put that aside for a day with a lot of attention and calmness.
And I’ve cast on a https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/whakairo-top because I am a sucker for small twisted cables these days. Didn’t swatch, and the yarn is a bit busy, so I’m hoping that I don’t regret my hasty decisions.
