I think you might be referring to the Christmas walking to church photo? I believe the second girl in that photo is a second cousin to Kate & Williamâs children, but Iâm not sure exactly.

So, um, maybe? What about security though? Nothing about their lives is normal.

This is who celebs and the royals work with when they want to set up candid not candid shoots. So this was an ask for them for proof of life

Going off an assumption that the issued statement(s) are true, but incomplete (without playing 5D chess trying to read into media/royals dynamics) I found the most believable theory to be a serious/high risk GI surgery (unlike child birth, an âunprincesslyâ condition 
). I also thought there was some merit to a combined physical/psychological recovery, like a complicated pregnancy loss or an ED (not sure which is more sad 
).
Whatever is going on, seems like a very tough time, more so with the public clamoring for attention.

My own assumption, based on an extreme disinterest in the royals, is that she had a hysterectomy.

9 months recovery time though? So much. But I guess if you can, many would want to

9 months sounds like rehab or other long term treatment of that kind. I donât wish any of those problems on her, but I canât think of a physical medical intervention that takes this long.
I donât want to be right about it, and if I am I hope no one ever finds out.

If it is mental health rehab, i am sad that her and her husbandâs platform being mental health doesnât include serious stuff like this. Maybe some day she is willing to talk about it to help reduce stigma. It seems like it is only mental health in a sanitized way
