Me too!
Here’s my New Year’s Day brunch look. Not my usual style, but I got this flannel shirt for Christmas and it is sooooo comfy and sooooo my colors.

Winterfell cardigan with bonus zipper
Jeans I am on the fence about. New boots which may have been retail therapy but which I really like.
Ages ago I posted here with a picture of some bumblebee dungarees that I was debating buying. I was talked out of it by my mum in the group ds that they didn’t totally fit (which was true but disappointing).
Fast forward a couple months and my mum found the fabric and made me a pair for Christmas!
I need more overalls in my life.
I love that sweater.
Job interview today. I ended up wearing my coat the whole time since it was so cold. This coat and bag are two of my most prized thrifted possessions. The coat is a wool+thinsulate dress coat from j.crew, and the bag is coach that I got for $23! at a little consignment store in my town.
I had planned to switch up silhouette occasionally in this run of sweaters, but I was up at 4 this morning and then overcompensated and slept in an hour later than usual, so this was where I was at.
I wear this substantially more as a full sleeve sweater than the original cap sleeve version.

I like your outfit! But I was mostly looking at the bike behind you. Hahaha.
HAHAHAHA ME TOO “Great coat but you’re blocking the view!”
I’m over here wanting to know more about that fabulous skirt!
First workday of 2020. Basically no one was in the office so I went more lowkey. Houndstooth leggings, maroon shirt, long black cardigan. Also these fun shoes:
@Marcela and @AllHat haha, it’s Ann Taylor, which I got at goodwill for $6.99!
@katscratch and @LittleWanderer it’s actually my roomie’s bike, and I thought when I was taking this picture…the bike is way more interesting! haha
My attire for this evening’s wedding reception. Sorry about the bathroom photo - that’s where the hotel put the full length mirror. What you can’t see: my attempt at makeup.
Since we are really only here for the sweater and you have seen the jeans before.
Sweater is Drawing Straws with a modified stripe pattern https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/drawingstraws
Hoodie by Annie Thompson (https://www.anniethompson.ca/collections/tops/products/razor-sharp-i-black)
Grey skinny jeans
This has been teased for a month, and now it is done (except for a few ends being woven in)
The neck might be a tad higher than I am used to. I am not sure how to block this, so I will not make any adjustments until I have done that.
