For me it was blue eye shadow.

It was important to use blue eyeshadow with your blue mascara! I had a teal eyeliner that I paired with my electric blue mascara in 9th grade. I thought it was so cool. But it wasn’t really great with my blue eyes. A little contrast is good!

I finally found flares(?) wide-leg(?) boot cut(?) that aren’t too long and I’m pleased with them. Yes, they are not a foot too long on me because they are supposed to be cropped. It’s hard out there for us shorties.
