I kept forgetting to post it here, but now after about a year and much waffling and much saving, it’s not just an object of desire. I have ordered it.
I will soon be the owner of the Derminator2 the best at home microneedling device option

I really hope it lives up to the hype! I bought & returned a Dr. Pen, and this is kinda the last option. :crossed_fingers:

Also, I know I’m late to the party, but @Clare-Dragonfly that dress was MADE FOR YOU! :clinking_glasses:

Neat! I wonder if the logo would come off with acetone.

Oh I want!

I have one of the cheap mini ereaders and I love it. I keep it stuck to the fridge when I’m not using it and have rotating pictures on the sleep screen. I was thinking the other day it would be cool to have something stuck there that showed higher quality images….

I think it’s already been covered here, but a robo vacuum. Actually, two of them. One for only carpet upstairs and one that both vacuums and mops for downstairs.

Me too!

I’m somewhat concerned that they spy/can be hijacked for that purpose, and those that can’t might not be able to identify cat poop before spreading it over the house?

Maybe it’s worth the potential invasion of privacy to not have to mop?

It’s hard to suffer for the sake of privacy (do we actually have any?)

You mean $1300 dress? Thinking about how much I could buy with $300

I’m annoyed every time I have to set the kitchen timer rather than telling Alexa to do it. Such suffering!

I got a Matic robot last year (my referral link for getting a free year of replacement bags). I’ve gone through a few robots over the past decade and am pleased with the Matic, though there are caveats.

The foremost is privacy: the video footage is only stored locally, NOT in the cloud. I didn’t want a mini spy in my house.

It’s good at obstacle avoidance and recognizing that furniture and toys are moving around all the time.

It can recognize carpet / rug versus hardwood and automatically switch vacuum modes

It’s really good at mapping zones and automatically maps the house on set-up.

It does have a mop function.

The limitations are that its bags and mop rolls need to be replaced (though not as often as I thought I’d need to) and that the mopping function is just OK. It’s better than the robots that just have a mop pad attached to the bottom, but not as good as mop robots. I haven’t tried a roborock!

Just offering an option for those privacy-minded.

Yes but would anything you could buy for $300 be that beautiful??? I think not!!!
