hi all! I’m Jen. I work in publishing and am currently staying at home at home with my parents. what a weird time to get your financial shit together, right?
my initial excitement at being able to save money during This Time has given way to a slow realization that my financial situation is, uh, not great, and a problem entirely of my own construction, so I’d like to start taking steps to ameliorating that and my journal will follow that, hopefully. And also I’ll talk a lot about hockey.

I’m Canadian and don’t understand hockey. I’m at risk of having my citizenship stripped from me. The best I can say for the sport is that zambonis are cool.

Hi! I’m 30 years old with a daughter and a husband and I’m trying to pursue some version of FIRE. We are a single income family with a stay at home dad in Denver and baby #2 is on the way. I’ve been on the MMM forums (same username) since 2015 although I read a lot more than I post. I’m looking forward to reading and learning along with everyone else on this site!
