Several hours of light gardening.
I went for a short swim last night, then the pool got busy so I left. And then did some resistance training this morning.
Walked to the office from the train station and will do it this evening. Also took the stairs twice so far and had a walk before and after lunch, 4K steps so far.
Down Dog app wants my money to the tune of $8/month or $80/year. Iād like to give it to them, but I canāt right now, so I guess Iām back to YouTube for yogaā¦
ā¦which I did not do this morning and will do this evening because Daylight Savings Time snuck up on me like the awful thing does every year.
Did a dance class, a walk outside with a friend and then indoor golf. Wrist is still not removed so itās achy.
I potted two banana trees, which was lifting heavy things and running around the house to turn on/off taps.

13 minutes if yoga this morning using the Down Dog app (free to the end of March guys, try it if youāre stuck at home!).
I think Iāve decided to stop going to the gym. I didnāt go today, anyway. It was supposed to be yoga day, so now I have to get myself to do that at home. Will report back.
did my normal commuting walk because someone suggested it for folks who are wfh. I had been planning to go to the local pool for 7am laps as I switch to weekly wfh, but I figure that is probably not the most thoughtful action right now.
Iām doing the same. Ugh.
I did walk this morning and had a really good chat with my dad on the phone.
Reporting back as promised. I didnāt practice yoga, but I did go for a half-hour brisk walk. It was a beautiful, warm, spring day so that seemed like the right thing to do. (plus I had a BN pickup that I turned into a longer walk)
Two walks today!
Short walk, then dug up one tree and planted three. Gardening can be haaaard exercise sometimes.
We went to the park, stretched, and did some light housework.
