I walked from the train station to the office. I have also been religiously using the stairs: 8 floors so far. I also took a small walk after lunch.

Ran 5 miles on Sunday. followed by lots of stretching

I volunteered at the polls yesterday. I think 16 hours, almost all of them on my feet, count as enough exercise for two days…
Finished day 3/30 yoga today. Helped with my mild cramps too which was nice. I feel much better getting back to daily yoga. I liked the idea of not doing it every day but without having it in my mind as a “must do” I don’t do it. And then I feel crappy and wonder why I feel crappy. And I’m tired of making things for myself come last because my stupid brain organizes it that way. I need to accept that I just need a list that says “things ckni must do today” and that self care and fun things absolutely should be on there.
I was the lone member of running club today at work. Ran 2 miles in very windy cool weather.
I walked home from the city across the river. Maybe 5 miles? I had to kill time because I ended up taking today off work but still had the dog walker scheduled
Sunshine about half the way home and it felt so good.
Second walk day in a row! I feel so much more confident going out in winter with the plastic wrap thingy. He stays so warm.
Went to a conditioning class and now feel like a T-Rex with balance issues
Yesterday: Worked from home so did two separate drop off for BabyGeek and LittleGeek. Jogged from the daycare after dropping BG and jogged to the school to get LG in the afternoon.
Today: walked from teh train station to the office and been taking the stairs; 2 floors so far. Will do at to take a break at 4:00PM and when going home.

Day 3 of YWA today. Enjoyable and really, really helps set me up for a good meditation session afterwards.
Also did a little bit of elliptical this morning after not doing it for a week – 20 minutes, really slow – and definitely having some breathing wonkiness afterwards again. This leans me towards a mechanical issue with the breathing stuff. Ugh.
PT felt really nice afterwards, tho, my calf and foot were not happy after Tuesday!
10 minutes of yoga using the down dog app, also tried this new thing that I’m calling “cat yoga” where Karma flopped down very very close to my head to look cute and purr every time my face was near the floor, which was often.
Sounds better than what I call dog yoga where B chews on my mat or leaves gross soggy bones on my mat for me to step on

30 min walk on the treadmill, 15 minutes of stretching
I was doing a walk every day after work, except Thursday, then decided to ride to and from work Friday. I used to do this every day but haven’t for the last five months and boy am I feeling it today. I had to walk a bit of the way home as my bum was so sore so this weekend’s task is to find a padded seat cover so I can ride 1-2 days per week over the next 2 months.
An hour of swim tonight. Got some great feedback on my kicks, some new methods for learning (flutter kicks in between breaststroke kick if needed, practice breaststroke kick on my back), was even able to coordinate the arms, legs and breathing after. I really need to buy a pair of goggles, though!
