Been trying to cultivate a daily movement practice for myself for the last few months and thought maybe others might like to join. So this is a place for sharing how you moved today! One note: I’d love to keep any diet/weight loss stuff out of this thread. This is about moving and appreciating the body for what it can do, and working to cultivate a practice of gratitude and appreciation for those things.
