My roses are about to bloom!

And these aren’t flowers, but the grape leaves are just so pretty.

My garden is still deciding whether it has had sufficient light, but in the meantime here is something from Saturday 's walk

Thank you! I originally took the picture for my Etsy review of the bracelet, made by this really cool person

A daffodil is here

Trilliums are still considering whether I have provided a good enough habitat

Hellebore still going strong

The roses have bloomed!

Any idea what these two plants are, and which ones we should chop off to let the other thrive?

I think one is wisteria? Don’t know the other

I was thinking wisteria. I am fond of wisteria but I also believe it’s invasive, which makes it a tricky call.

The other plant has orange flowers when it blooms, if that helps anyone.

Depends on climate, I imagine? My parents have it at one of their houses and they have to chop.it back once a year but it’s fine otherwise.

Wonder if a bird pooped, I mean planted this in our yard? We did not plant it, but the little flowers are pretty. It will be in competition with our strawberry patch.

A dozen years and I have still never seen this flower. I tried to take of photo of it last night still furled shut, but the phone failed. And today it was beheaded

Something ate the flowers off my crocuses but so far the daffodils and tulips are fine!

Not sure what this flower is, but it is a pretty consistent bulb at coming up in my backyard every year.

Pretty! How big is it? Like a crocus? Or bigger?

they’re bigger than crocuses, but smaller than the hellebores. They have a sprawling habit, and they generally are opened more fully
