I wonder if my roses have always run this long and I just started taking them for granted adter the first couple of photos
I really wish daylilies could be cut. These aren’t even the pretty ones, just the first to open and therefore exciting.
I am seeing daylilies bloom that I haven’t seen in 5 years.
Last year I moved them to a place deer cannot get to them. This year they are producing blooms that don’t get eaten.
you sure did!!!
How did that happen?
i thought i dug all the tubers out last fall, but i missed some, and they survived!
They’re obviously overachievers!
I love those puppies. One of the community gardens in the city has those and I’ve gathered seeds several times but still haven’t planted them.
Oh wait – I guess three years ago I did have a few of them, but they weren’t doubles like that, they were singles.
plus I have ONE (1) clematis bloom on the vine. I thought I had killed this plant last year so I guess that’s one more than I thought I’d have!
so sweet!!
hooray! what are the fluffy lilac colored ones?
