I love living in the mountains, but I am a desert girl at heart. Luckily we have quite a bit of cactus around even up here a 7k feet, and they are just starting to bloom!

My orchid flowered. I’m not sure if it will again because it’s sick. 
The disease hasn’t progressed lately though so maybe? Anyway, love that it’s flowering and not dead.

I love the flowers of productive plants. The end goal is tomatoes but you get bonus flowers along the way.

I haven’t. It isn’t something we eat/cook with. I wasn’t entirely sure what it was until I googled it.
Now there’s a flower that lives up to its name!

They’re native here and grow wild, so I am afraid I won’t be any help. I don’t even plant them; I just watch. Well, that and preserve the forest verge they seem to prefer.
