Flowers! 🌺 🌷 🌸 🌹

Mine are already gone for the year

My hanging basket on the side of my porch was tipping over because it’s so heavy sided (lesson learned for next year to rotate). We ended up taking it down, putting it in a planter stand and securing it with a bungee cord to the railing. For size perspective I stood behind it. The other ones left hanging are bigger. It has been the year for my baskets and I’m so proud of them, and they still have another month of growing!!

My ironweed is blooming now, too. I’ve never cut it to bring inside - maybe now I will.

Here are my mums - once upon a time they were a 9 inch pot, now about 4 feet across. I can never move them because they probably won’t come back.

Beautiful! Those kind of eucalypts are so ornamental.

My roses are blooming.

My mums which are starting to bloom. They are quite the slowpokes compared to others in my yard. The white and reddish bushes are almost 4 feet tall. I planted them 3 May’s ago when I got them in little pots, they bloomed twice the first year! Now they wait until November to bloom.

I don’t even remember planting the red ones or seeing them bloom before, I thought we only had pink. It looks beautiful!
