That looks a bit more in reach and it says they have a lifetime warranty! I think I’d get a lot of use out of something like this:

That’s the exact one I’ve been looking at, it seems like such a versatile size. Do you have a Costco membership? They have a special sale right now, and that pan is $149.99! They also have a few sets available

I don’t anymore, damn!

Can anyone recommend a clothing brand that’s like… durable, grown up, natural-fibers hot topic? Like, I’m ready to pay grown-up prices and get some boxy cut shirts that will last me a lifetime, but I would also really like some stars or dragons on them too. Anything a lil on the witchy side.

I got some HexClad like 6 months ago to replace* my 15-year-old All Clad, and I love them. Yes, they were expensive. Yes, I expect they will last a decade or more. However, I really don’t use them on heat higher than medium (on a gas range), and they took a little getting used to. They’re different than stainless. They’re cool though, I like them. Sometimes I have to use a copper scrubbie to get the not-nonstick part shiny. I used to have to use Barkeeper’s Helper on my stainless though, and this is easier.

*I still have some of them (and use them sometimes) but a couple of them I accidentally boiled/burned completely dry and like, IDK, destroyed the shit out of the middle layer somehow (you could hear pieces of like stuff inside them if you shook them - it was crazy!).

I have no idea if this is what you’re talking about. Most of the shirts are pretty plain, so if you find something better I would also like a rec!

Good to know! What took getting used to?

I don’t know about natural fibers specifically, I think that’s tough in that style since it’s mostly a young market. If I were looking to put together that type of wardrobe I’d shop regular online brands (ASOS, Lunya, Modcloth, Etsy, Romwe, etc.) and just narrow based on color palate and silhouette.

You might also like some of these brands that have that aesthetic: Diesel, Black Sorrow, Rebel’s Market, Rockabilia, Blue Banana.

This is a good list for more eco stuff but it’s more basics or trends rather than goth:

Ooh, close-- I guess it’s more… witchy in cut, and have slightly more woodblock-style prints as opposed to the splatter/tie-dye that you often find in sustainable brands.

honestly, here are the shorts that set this whole thought process off:

They’re not remotely sustainable, their rayon wouldn’t last a year before looking ratty, but I love the tassels and vibe of the piece.

Anytime! I love fashion.

ETA: Thought of another one: Killstar! That’s maybe the best fit actually. Really cool stuff.

Could you embellish some basics, or have pieces either fully custom-made or customized for you?

Can I make a request? I need a cleaning spray, all purpose, non toxic made out of hippies and fairy dust.

My favourite is my homemade citrus vinegar but that is not happening at this season of my life. If I’d realized before Christmas I could have guilted a family member into making me cleaning fluid.

I need something that cuts grease and light soap scum (heavy gets the magic eraser). Preferably doesn’t streak windows and mirrors but doesn’t have to replace glass cleaner. Low scent and natural scent is better than fake. I have benefect or bleach for serious disinfectant, but it should be strong enough to wipe off the fact that toddler poop is probably everywhere

What I have:
An almost empty spray bottle of cleaning vinegar a bottle of Mrs Meyer’s lavender which is effective and I’ll finish but it stinks too much and I will never ever rupurchase this brand
A need for a third spray bottle for laziness

Where I can shop
The kind matters company - zero waste store, happy to refill from them, would not argue with getting a pretty spray bottle there
Amazon, well.ca
One day in the distant future, Canadian health and grocery stores

Where I can not shop
The US and UK and Australia. I also refuse to pay import fees on cleaner

I used 50mL white vinegar + 450mL water in a spray bottle yesterday… I can go test that on my stove now, but maybe it’s still more complicated than what you want?

I love all their models! A variety of body types and even though I’m looking at women’s tops there are still male-presenting models for some of the items pictured next to female-presenting models wearing the same items. I need to focus on work but I want to keep scrolling, they all look amazing.

I don’t find it’s quite enough cleaning power for me, because I am filthy! It’s good for stovetoos and the right level of difficulty

I’ve been liking this. Americas test kitchen gave it the highest marks for grease cutting. It does have a strong smell (for me), but it isn’t flowery, and it goes away quickly.

ETA this is “lime and sea salt”

EETA: misread the bottom parts, this may not fit your other reqs. It’s been great though.

I think I had that in pink! Definitely the 2018 bottle many of my batches of vinegar included. I will find somewhere online that sells it in a scent that sounds tolerable…can’t be worse than Mrs. Meyers

The second bottle also visible is a good endorsement :joy:

Haha yes my cleaning lady goes through it way faster than I do and she pointed out I was “low”. And then it’s Easier to read the text on the full bottle :joy:

I can’t handle the Mrs Myers stuff, way too strong of smells for me. Sprays, lotions, soaps, all of it has been Too Much for me.
