Phillips one blade. Does everything except noses
Ordered, as a Christmas present to myself!
Does anyone have a recommendation for a service that puts your pictures on a mug? Not a Christmas present, so it’s fine if it takes a few weeks.
I’ve used Shutterfly for several things and it all has. One out well. They have some weird sales so I would wait for a good sale if time isn’t important.
I think in the past I used Walgreens lol
Attention OMD shoppers. I am looking for an inexpensive plastic white container to fit within the dimensions of 16” long by 7” deep shelf. Any larger will not fit, but I don’t want substantially smaller, because then the space is wasted. Here is the look I am going for:
Dimensions: 13.6 in. Length x 6.3 in. Width x 5.3 in. Height
Would that be tight enough?
Have you been to Dollar Tree? They have a surprisingly robust plastic organizer selection, generally on the smaller side. I assume they all come out of the same Chinese based plastic factory.
The “But First, Coffee” lady swears by their organizers!
Kallie with the eyelashes! (You know I LOVE mascara but her eyelashes distract me to no end. I think it’s the bottom ones, specifically.)
HAHAHA yes her.
@Cranky @Bracken_Joy thank you. I do have a collection of dollar tree containers. I don’t think I am going to find the exact dimensions but a little smaller is definitely than too big!
I’m looking for good quality fingerless gloves I can wear in the house. Are there any key words I should be looking for? Is cashmere warmer or just fancy? My one experience with a cashmere scarf was that it was itchy. Any other materials to look for/avoid?
Cashmere doesn’t wear as hard as merino. If you want something that lasts and want real wool, merino.
Non-natural fibres can be very soft and insulating.
Cotton is completely useless.
I have some alpaca ones I love.
side eyes the cotton fingerless gloves I currently have on
What are the search terms for those glasses with magnetic sunglasses that you can snap on?
Canadians, where would I buy them in person?
my case says “easy clip” and I bought them at the optometrists office - just make sure that you tell them that you are looking for glasses that have clip on sunglasses?
I also have a pair of granny sunglasses that fit over my glasses, that my husband mocks me for but are much harder to loose than the clip ons
note - I wasn’t looking for clip ons, but when I tried mine on I liked them and the technician said “oh! and those come with clip ons!” Which was the tiebreaker between these and the other pair.
I always buy my glasses at superstore when there is a big sale, and I don’t think they do fancy things like magnetic sunglasses? I’m trying to find a place where I can look online and go in person but it looks like that doesn’t exist.
Glasses are so much money and the buying process is so awful. Why can’t it be like with computers where you can compare everything online and make an informed purchase?
