Oh, and as well as the teeth, he has been eating less of meals he doesn’t like and asking for second and (really G?) Third bottles. The theory of refusing food and getting calories but not nutrients from milk is us.
Held her lovey out to the dog. Dog sniffed the lovey. HOW DARE.
(It is definitely nap time…)
Kiddo was having a rough time after school today for reasons unknown, he was sitting on the floor and Percy dared get close and wanted to lick him and I had to talk him down. How dare indeed. Early bedtime tonight… For all of us if I’m lucky.
She only slept 45 min and now things are infinitely worse.
So, this afternoons why are you crying? EVERYTHING. apparently. Poor thing. And poor me.
Oh no! Poor you!
We are having one of those days too. Only a few more hours until bedtime?
3-4. How about you?
Same same…if we can get through 2-3 hours then dinner–>bath–>bed is almost always happier than the preceding hours so
Because mum kept trying to put me in my play area and I wanted to snuggle because I was sleepy but mum thought she had a whole hour until bedtime.
I’m crying because Duckling woke us up too early and I haven’t gotten to finish my sleep or my breakfast
Now I’m crying because teething means my baby has been up half a dozen times since input her in her cot 2 hours ago for bedtime. PLEASE break through overnight!!!
We had a very similar night. Both bottom molars are trying to come through. Poor little sweeties.
She barely slept until past midnight and then did 2 solid 2 hour stretches. I haven’t checked in her mouth yet…
Absolute temper tantrum meltdown because…after I pulled my diaper down to take it off, Mom undid the tabs! I want my overnight pee-soaked diaper back. It’s MY diaper. I don’t want to just throw it in the trash (in fact, despite always wanting to do that, I’m going to throw the diaper in Mom’s face and refuse) because I WANT MY DIAPER! It’s MY YUCKY DIAPER!
/today was quite the morning.
Because SHE wanted to eat what we were giving the dog for dinner. (Leftover eggs and oatmeal and day old peas…)
So, have you read this book? It’s completely nonsense words, which my kids love, but it’s basically the baby wants the dog food and the dog wants the baby food. Very very nonsense - the offered foods are things like “frizzle frazzle hotchy potch” and “verpy gurpaloo”. Yum.

I have not, but apparently Latte has
Because he wants Mom to change his diaper, not Dad.
This went on for 30 minutes POST diaper change.
Solidarity. We are in that stage right now too. Mom is the only one allowed to do anything, especially helping with diapers/using the potty. Daddy is told to move and sit down so mama can help.
A piece of his sandwich broke off and I can’t glue it back together. I told him to eat the sandwich and it would all come together in his belly. His response to this “mommy that doesn’t make any sense” ok kid you got me there.
i can’t stop laughing at this
