Why are you crying?

For us it would be “why are you whining”

Yup - we’re getting a lot of angry screaming these days. Toddlers are loud.

NO ONE KNOWS, but probably because I am stalling and don’t want to nap, even though I am so so tired.

I refer to this as “selective mopping”. I figure if I rotate where she spills water often enough, eventually my whole kitchen will be mopped.

She ran out of illicit post dinner tuna in her bib pocket. She was so upset when she realized that she threw herself face down to the floor. Then her nose hurt.

Because she wanted to be in the bathtub and I wouldn’t put her in the bathtub because I was trying to take her clothes off first. This was the baby, not the toddler who routinely has very similar tantrums :woman_facepalming:

Not crying but whining in a very insistent manner - mom had a half full water bottle. She proceeded to drink ALL OF MY WATER then came back a few minutes later, tested the bottle, and got so mad at me for having an empty water bottle. Whining with bursts of “more, more, more”

She is crying because she “had too much fun today”

We’ve reached the stage where this question gets asked a lot.

Latest one was because mum took away my water bottle as I was hitting her in the face with it instead of going to sleep.
