Hand surgery completed and I can tell I’ll have good mobility during healing. The bandage is not too constrictive and fingers moving just fine. Now I need a nap.

Husband is a big fan; I’ve really just gotten into it this season.
Well, maybe last season. I was at a baseball game when I had my heart attack. Which I guess means it’s a wonder I’m still interested!

Finally found a home for the last piece of furniture that doesn’t fit in the new place. Happily, it didn’t go to landfill or someone who would sell it. The taker says they are going to use it!

There was chat here recently about cleaning behind the refrigerator. I’m not sure I’ve ever done it in the 13 years I’ve lived here. 
I’m proud to say that today was the day! And also, there was probably 3 cats worth of hair under it. It doesn’t have exposed coils on the back so that probably helped things. I did take a picture which will not be shared here. Ha. I do clean all of the other house things, that just never occurs to me.

I need a recipe to use up 1/2 can cream/chicken soup. Found a casserole recipe I an adapt, online. Cut/pasted it onto a text doc. Printed it. DELETED the link. I will adapt the printed copy, copy it into my cards and discard the paper. NOTHING extra to keep! 
The TV is that I thought of this. Usually? I don’t and then have swathes of paper printouts to go through and digital files by the 1,000s.

Kinda a victory but really proud ( not of me)- tonight I had 2 aquafit only ladies come do my weight class. They have never done weights, went super light, stood in front of me not hiding in the back row. They were not perfect, did what they could, and finished the class, which is not an easy class, and I am so fucking proud that they did this big scary thing. I told them how proud I am that they did it!
One will come back on Monday morning to do it again, maybe the other will too.
