A combination fruit Betty and fruit crisp. It needed more liquid in the Betty part. But I needed to use up about 1/2 loaf of bread crumbs, 3 old pears, and I wanted the crunch of a crisp, so…

Not as it came out! It was fine on top, to the middle with the fruit, but the bottom is still just crumbs. Like I said, it needs tweaking!

I’ve found the perfect Harris tweed to make cushions to match the new blanket in one of our B&B rooms, and they have even sent us the little Harris tweed labels so we can show it’s the real thing

I got some plants cut down for winter. I moved some things to different locations and also gave away 4 big peonies. So much more to do though, hopefully it doesn’t rain every day I’m off.
