I saw a wasp nest on a play structure at a busy playground. I pulled out my phone, snapped a picture and submitted an online request, and I just got a notification from them that they went to the park and found and treated SEVERAL wasp nest. Maybe I saved some poor kid from a nasty sting!

the bulk food place near us stocks dried mandarin oranges (so people doing Trader Joes runs for me is no longer the only source)

Lmnt is expensive but has been helping me dramatically with fainting. Their website has the recipe to make your own! I ordered all of the powders and I have some true lemon and true lime packets I will add and viola, higher upfront cost but dramatically lower cost per serving.
Someone told me when you drink lmnt if it tastes salty and gross you probably don’t need more electrolytes but if it tastes delicious/not salty and you want more, you probably need them! This has been super helpful for me as a guideline. I’ve been very hydrated but light headed/fainting a lot and this has been a game changer.
How cool is it that lmnt posts the recipe on their website??? I’ve never seen a brand do that before.

Oooooh this is good to know - I did try LMNT one time and thought it was absolutely disgusting, so this is why! And also probably a useful metric for me to re-test with LMNT every once in a while if I start feeling off, lol

About a decade ago, we were on a long trip and our cats pulled a ton of threads out of the futon cover (the cat-sitter did not feel comfortable trimming their nails) and it’s looked a bit ratty since. Today I suddenly realized that I could use my electric fabric shaver to remove the pulled threads, and now it’s refreshed and looks almost new again!! I am so pleased!!
