Girl cat only sits on humans who are sleeping. Except this afternoon she accepted me picking her up, sitting in the spot she was in, and putting her in my lap. She’s been there for 15 minutes or so, and she’s purring. She has permitted us to be her human servants for 14 years now, and this has never happened before.

TV TV: Our TV just quit working with no warning tonight. My husband posted about it on Facebook just to complain that he was in the middle of a video game when it quit, and our neighbors immediately offered to loan us their basement TV so we can still have snacks and a movie tonight.

My mom is on Facebook, sharing GOOD information about trans inclusive language. She recently learned a good childhood friend of mine is non binary and their spouse (they got married in HS) is trans, I’m pretty sure that’s what triggered it. And I didn’t expect her to be intolerant mind you, but this goes above and beyond my expectations. I’m surprised and in a good way. I don’t get to feel that way often about my family, lol.

I went swimming for 9 am and did not really want to go. Half way through I’m like why am I here I should just leave, no one is making me stay. Ok I will do a couple more lengths and leave. Ughhh this is work and this sucks and Why am I here? I ended up doing 50 lengths and was the last one out of the pool.
