The “stopper” button got stuck on our Waterpik and water wouldn’t go through anymore. I was about to place an order for a replacement handle (their website was horribly slow) but then quickly looked up how to fix it. Found instructions for taking it apart and it was tricky but I managed it. And then I fixed the stuck spring and reassembled it! I don’t think my order went through, hope not.
I saved $17 and didn’t have to throw our current handle in the trash!
I am very full of warm fuzzies because I had pretty much the most perfect possible social weekend a person can have these days and it makes me feel like I am in fact the living instantiation of a teddy bear, that’s how many warm fuzzies I contain.
We are now the type of household that buys club pack sizes of coconut because the cost per 100g is lower. Or more specifically, the shadowy one is the type of person who now compares the cost per 100g.
Also, why does shredded coconut club pack not come in a large resealable bag like the walnut club pack of the same size?
I wonder if there is a cashew club? I would like to be part of the cashew club.
My experience with resealable bags of shredded coconut is that coconut dust quickly gets in the zip so it fails to seal properly. You aren’t really missing out by not having one to start with.
From my BN, I was gifted the plush black lab pictured here. It happens to also be a puppet, which is extra fantastic because I use dog puppets in teaching training stuff to people. [Note - my own black dog will surely launch his own Tiny Complaint that I will not share this gift with him.]
we just had a meeting about benefits for 2021, and learned that some health insurance rates have gone up, but our company has decided to increase salaries for all employees who will be affected to exactly cover the rate increase. I didn’t think the rate increase was that bad (about $11 a paycheck) but I think it’s super nice that they are trying hard to make sure we aren’t adversely affected.
My BIL can watch the dog so we can take our coast trip with less chaos. Love the dog. Love her at the coast. But it’s exhausting sometimes. And I’d like to be able to pop in somewhere for take out coffee or food or something.
