My brother rescheduled his wedding abroad that was going to require many high risk family members to travel internationally. Bonus, I don’t have to take a four month old on a plane; which is extra good because her current developmental phase is “shriek”. Happy? Shriek. Excited? Ditto. Angry? Might as well shriek about it. Sleepy? I think I’ll sit quietly JUST KIDDING IMMA SHRIEK ATCHA.
It’s adorable, but quite headache inducing after a while.

Plumbing day: I made a temp plumbing repair to delay the need for a plumber until a few weeks from now. I flushed the water hammer out of my plumbing. I installed my new bidet, finally.
My neighbors were having a get together and my street water meter is under the ground like right by where they were all hanging out. I was on my stomach with a wrench and a lever grunting several times to open and close the water to test my work… like 12 feet from them. Lol.

Just wanted to say that I feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing group of supportive, kind, caring, and intelligent people.
You help me to do the right thing and to be a better person, you really do.
So even though this world is going crazy, I’m glad that I have this safe space.
