Nothing’s snapped yet! But it’s definitely from lifting. I’ve been pressing twice a week for a few months and doing more direct arm work and I think it’s time for a week off soon.

You have a shower at work!?! (Cries in bike commuting) but I don’t really want my workplace to install a shower because I assume it would be the nastiest place to ever nasty. But fold down shelves in the handicap bathroom stall would be nice.

You’re in luck, most of the full flavored decafs are darker roasts. My whole bean choices are all local to me, but they ship.

I saw Stumptown in my Target grocery choices last week and had to check I had the right zipcode entered 
I’m a nerd and prefer freshly roasted and only do water process decaf, so if I lived in the same city as Colectivo coughcoughrabbitarian I would have four million bags of their decaf varieties 
Although not at the same time because then they wouldn’t be fresh

Yeah if you have good water process stuff local to you, that’s gonna be the best bet! And of course whole bean and grind yourself. But some regions are only just getting good local roasters period, and decaf seems low on this list for a lot of places. Which is a big bummer!
