It’s Saturday but the whole day is full.
I forced myself to go to the dentist for fillings and the freezing didn’t work so I white knuckled through it and now, a week later, it’s clear that they didn’t do it right because the pain in my mouth is as bad as ever. I’m going to have to make a (polite) fuss and go through all of it again.

They gave me four different shots and none of them worked, thanks to my medical stuff. I’ve never seen nitrous, I don’t know if it exists here.

It’s a gas. I am not sure it blocks pain as effectively, but it helps you not give a fuck.
If you have an abscess / infection the Novocain (and maybe lidocaine) don’t work as well due to acidic pH environment caused by the infection. I learned this the hard way.

I had a filling done at the dentist today, it took him 4 minutes after freezing. The bill was $250.00. He told me he would be done by the time the song I was listening to finished. He wasn’t kidding.
TV- it was fulling covered by SO’s dental plan.

I am wearing a sweatshirt and keep thinking it’s a hoodie. I have repeatedly tried to put my phone in its nonexistent pocket. This is not an actual problem since I’m wearing a skirt with pockets, but it’s annoying that I keep reaching for the wrong place!
