Some days it’s a win just to add some toppings to a frozen chees pizza.
This is true!
We refer to that as cheatza. I much prefer the pizza that my husband makes from scratch but cheatza doesn’t leave the entire kitchen dirty.
Stopped myself before I bought $25 of seeds I don’t need.
I asked Ponder to check out what the cafe next to daycare sells and bring me food so I wouldn’t order Maccas delivery, because delivery is expensive PLUS someone still has to drive it to me, whereas daycare is somewhere we go anyway and he walks to it. He came home with an excellent bacon & egg sandwich, it was cheaper and supports local business and now they will be getting a lot of my business.
Borrowed my brother’s rabbit carrier for a vet visit instead of buying one.
Successfully waited until their biggest annual sale to order my soap and shampoo bars, a big order that I’m 90% sure will last me until next year’s sale.
Oooh what soap?
is this the shampoo bar I started using? Mine is almost out I need to stock up!
Agree! Would love to know what soap/shampoo!
…we might be a TERRIBLE finance forum

Work friends invited me to get Mexican today but instead I ate the homemade vege soup + buttered bread roll I’d brought from home.
Was having a look at my spending tracker spreadsheet this morning. One of my categories is coupons/gift cards/loyalty rewards usage. YTD we have saved/used $1800 in this category.
NICE!
I made some hummus instead of buying it. Smol thing
I downgraded my Zoom account to the free version.
I cancelled some Patreon memberships that I’m not getting much out of.
Talked us down from “buy burgers” to “freezer nuggets and cereal for dinner”. Saves time, energy and money from something that wasn’t going to add much to today’s happiness.
