He wanted me to find the three of them like this when I got home so little dude locked himself and the dogs in the kennel an hour before I got home. The three of them napped until they heard me at the door.
The cat was nearby, looking smug.

Edited to add that yes, I am wearing slippers that are dogs. Dogs wearing santa hats to be specific.
