Excellent question. My understanding is that there are different schools of thought depending on several factors (sample size, study funding, etc.). However, general consensus among reputable sources generally says that if you are not sure if you have happened upon Maximum Baby it is not, in fact, Maximum Baby. When a human person is in the presence of a cat person exhibiting Maximum Baby (or the tendencies thereof) there is no doubt. The human person is typically reduced to quivering tones and unforgivable baby voices as the babyhood is naturally transferred from cat person host to human person.
I can link the studies later if you need them but they are in my other abacus.
