YAY! I am also in need of remembering that I need to go through my sewing kit to find my binding clips.

Currently dealing with the reality that cuffing sleeves by rolling the ends looks adorable but is hard to sew to make it stay.

Do you know a vegan alternative to leather to make accessories (belt, wallet, bracelet…) that look like brown leather?
The faux leathers I have found so far seem very thin and not sturdy at all.

I cut out the fabric for my 1860s pattern shirt. :DD God it’s hot as hell up in my bedroom, though. Taking a break downstairs before I start to sew. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: It’s a green and white striped cotton and I like it.

My mom and I hand sewed my two layer wedding veil and it took weeks.

I’m trying to find a good photo. Luckily, I decided against a full length veil and just did elbow length on the bottom layer and shoulder length on the top. Both edged in lace and we hand added beading and pearls to what was in the fabric I had purchased.

Noooooo! Use all the pillows and support our Oro!

Do as I say says the woman who just spent several hours knitting hunched over on the couch because I’m thisclose to finishing a shawl that’s been a WIP for over a year.

H would cover you in pillows. He always makes me raise my work up to eye level by putting it on something in front of me and then putting pillows under my arms to support them. Looks ridiculous, feels amazing.

We steal all the pillows from our bed and the couch and then I just don’t move haha :joy:

HAHAH
I will attempt to become a pillow monster next time. I have more lace to sew in.

I believe in you! As long as however you do it means you aren’t looking down at your work and that your head/neck are well supported it’s probably right. At least that’s what I’ve gathered from being repeatedly accosted with every pillow we own.
