That’s an incredibly narrow house.

Kinda love the staging though.

especially when compared to their neighbour who is demonstrating what it probably looks like most of the time: https://www.realtor.ca/real-estate/26340827/6-32-curzon-st-toronto-south-riverdale (I can’t be happy about the lack of any kind of lip for that breakfast bar)

I guess one would be good about always making up the bed, and they thought it would sell better as a one bedroom than as a studio.

Anyone want to move to Scotland and run a feminist bookshop/ cafe with me? Because I’ve got to say I spent all of my allocated job hunt prep time yesterday just dreaming about this listing.

Can I run the cafe section and taste test cakes on the daily?

Deal! I’ll just take the important job of lurking around the bookshelves looking mysterious

Currently ogling this with the rest of the fantasy details being: this is available in about 10 years at the same price when my parents in Ohio begin to need assistance. Most of the damage is just elbow grease fixable, and there is not massive mold present.

^ If all of that were true, I think these could be absolutely adorable with one unit for each parent, one for me, and one as a rental.

^^ additional fantasy is that I have enough therapy between now and then to handle assisting my aging parents.

In this fantasy, my current home also holds as much or more value as it does now and I’m able to purchase this property in cash.

Little houses

Some screenshots for when the listing inevitably goes down/it sells – I’m not including the interior screenshots because they are a jump scare
