Not many houses around here are getting sold with a price on them because the market has gone crazy.
This one was sold recently. The renovation is a bit much for me but I was interested in it because the original layout would have been near identical to our home.

This place looks so cute but I think they’re counting picture 51 as the third bedroom and I don’t see a door for that area? Overall very country cute though.
In my spare time I look at renovated Queenslander cottages that once resembled my little home.
What is left of the original house here is older than ours. Pre 1911 it seems but the old layout would have been similar. Probably 4 rooms around a central hall, single level raised up on stumps with a covered front porch. It is very different now.
