I overheard a restaurant owner talking to some employees about a walk out and how the employees split the walk out bill, but how the owner would try to get this back.

I believe this is illegal (to make servers pay for walk-outs who don’t pay for their meal). Is there somewhere I can report it?

I heard about this on the Maintenance Phase podcast!

I like that podcast! I’ll have to re-search because I somehow missed that one?!

I enjoyed it because mostly they were like “Oh Angela Lansbury, you’re pretty good overall!” because no one has anything bad to say about her

This is so good to know! I didn’t listen to it because I do t want to hear anyone badmouthing my queen.

I just looked back and it looks like I listened to part of it at some point?! I somehow don’t remember that but I turned it off a few minutes in, lol, maybe it was too much of that “only engage in gentle and joyful movement” talk or something. (Which, that talk is fine on the surface but it really only applies to able people…I think it’s a bit like a low income renter listening to people complain about custom home renovations when they don’t even have hot water, lol, that’s the best analogy I can think of.)

I like a lot of that podcast in general though! Especially the debunking stupid diet trends, and their whole back and forth bff energy is hilarious. That’s prob why I don’t remember it though, haha. A friend actually told me about her whole fitness thing, which…she probably heard from the podcast too! Haha, full circle!

Is it worth it to buy a cute romper without pockets, or will I regret not having pockets even at the $20 poshmark price?

I never use pockets in little rompers, would you really use them if they were there? I feel like they always make the clothes look funny.

if you regret, you put them in. it looks like a fun and happy piece

You are not wrong! Pockets in an existing outfit are not too hard, I always forget that.

What do people put under the cat’s bowls? Mine are right on the floor and this is kinda messy and unsatisfactory.

We use a tray that we stole from a hotel in our early 20s

Water bowl isn’t pictured because he drinks from a glass that’s on the counter in my husband’s bathroom, lol. We just keep it full for him there and he splashes it all over the counter. The tray for food is essential though because he is super messy.

We alternate between a tray from Ikea (which is nice because it has little rubber feet on it that keep it from sliding, a plastic tray from Target and a matching plate. The plate is the worst because she is super messy and sometimes gets stuff beyond its borders

I have a placemat type thing under the cat’s bowls. And then extra water dishes elsewhere because they are much better than the assigned water dish for reasons only the cat understands.

My friends I catsit for have their kitty’s food and water on a boot tray. Keeps things nicely contained, but it is rather large.

I have a dress in this exact fabric. It’s the cutest. Get the romper!

Ours eats kibble so it’s not that annoying to sweep up the spilled bits. Water is in a pet bowl with a rubber bottom so it doesn’t slide easily.

On an ikea pet food tray that is basically a square boot tray. Considering a pretty tray for when it’s in the wash
