I love a good henley!
I’m kinda mad. I can never pull off a straight leg jeans and here you are, killing it!
Angle of hat with front hair poof is perfection.
Agreed. And the cat seems to be coordinating with PoofPerfection as well, which is a nice touch.
she’s always lurking nearby
I like the outfits, your cat and your art. But what is a henley?
thank you! I believe it’s the style of the second shirt: it has a buttoned collar with a crew neck and I believe they’re also usually long sleeved.
Ahh thank you. I tried googling but couldn’t figure it out!
If they don’t hire you on the spot they’re crazy.
How many other people could get a sloth into astronaut gear? Clearly I’m in a league of my own.
Dear internet friends, please help me figure out what to do with this weird dress my aunt gave me. I can’t return it but I could donate it. Or maybe take it apart for fabric or… alter it somehow? I almost like it but it’s completely shapeless with a bizarre hi-lo hem and even more bizarre weird dangly fabric tape on the sleeves and the back.
Halloween costume as a sixties gogo dancer (based more on the second look. Looks like you would take it in at the waist a bit).
Trim off the dangle fabric ribbons and even up the hem and wear as a tunic over leggings.
Take it apart and use the fabric to make fun accessories like a fabric headband or little drawstring bag.
I kinda love it. It’s a mess, but the colour looks flattering on you and there’s something so over the top about those sleeves.
Most importantly though, if all of this sounds like work and you mentally groan at the thought of it, just donate it. Someone will be thrilled to have it and you are not obligated to stay with something you don’t like.
I’m a fan of taking photos like you did, sending them to the giver with “this fits perfectly and what a great color! Thank you for thinking of me!” and then donating with abandon.
It would be good for costumes tho!
I do like it. It would look great if you brought the shoulder seam up a bit, not sure why it’s so far down your arm or if it’s supposed to be like that. I don’t know how to advise to do that.
That would make some insanely fun and buttery throw pillows for a reading nook.
So… I only wear this one specific type of sneaker – one specific year, one specific model (thank you eBay), but they did a few designs that year.
Sometimes one sneaker wears out before the other, can I mix and match like this to save money and extend their lives or do I look fully fully bananas??
I would probably put in the same color laces? And I would keep the rest of the outfit really neutral to make the shoes the focal point, so it looks like some thing I’m doing extremely intentionally, rather than trying to draw attention away from. But I am by no means a fashion icon, so maybe don’t listen to me.
Hey, it’s a good conversation starter I think there’s enough weird street wear for you to get away with it.
This dress is so weird and I love it. Are the ribbons tie backs?
