Here’s today! Do you all wear belts? I usually don’t and my husband thinks it’s weird but I don’t. What’s your vote??

I very rarely wear belts. My pants stay up without them and I see no need for an extra strap on my body when I already have to wear a bra every day.

I definitely wear belts. I’m of the mind that if there are belt loops, they should be surrounding a belt. Naked belt loops look weird to me.
Also: I lost weight last year but didn’t buy new pants, so now a belt is necessary.

I only wear a belt with dresses that come with matching tie belts, like the gray-and-pink-striped one above. But I also don’t wear pants (except for yoga pants/leggings).

It has become a joke in our house because if I ever ask H what his opinion of an outfit is, it’s almost guaranteed he will say “hmmm…that would look better with a belt”
I tend to wear belts with some of my flowier dresses to create a waistline and rarely with some pants that are a little too big.

I always wear a belt because I’m so cool that I carry my phone on a belt clip. I also I tend to wear men’s pants which are too big in the waist for me (or used to be). Also I clip my keys to my belt with a carabiner. Can you tell I don’t own a purse?

Ré belts : no. Sometimes with dresses. Like if it came with one and it’s sewn on. I lose the one for my robe, so not usually with that.
Re: everyone. You are all fabulous. I possibly should dress like an adult one day and show you a look. But not on a workday or sleep day.

I wore belts when I wore pants. One of them was a cloth belt that a random bar friend gave me. As in, he was wearing it, I commented on it, and he took it off and gave it to me. Now I have a few dresses that look better with belts. Those have been in storage for over a year, but I may resurrect them in coming months!

I never need belts with pants because my massive, strong thighs hold up all pants (36" hips with 26" waist = pants stay up if they manage to get up at all.)
But I wear “fashion belts” a lot because I like the look. Also I own a lot of vintage dresses that come with them.

Does a bungee cord or spare leash through pants loops count as a belt? Then yes, sometimes.
