Back in the US and it’s over 100 degrees. My mom was getting rid of this dress. I was able to take it in enough at the bodice and shorten the straps to make it wearable for me. Nothing like sitting down at my sewing machine for 10 minutes and saving a fun dress from the trashbin!

Guys, I’m still here! June was a weird month. Now it is July and hot outside (thus the cute sleeveless dress) and cold at the office (cardigan).
ETA: this dress was an emergency thrift store purchase last summer when I misjudged the weather and found myself out and about on vacation when it secretly hot and humid but I was wearing jeans and long sleeves. I love it. Also my earrings were a present from my mom, and they’re real orchid petals that have been dipped in resin!

One of my thrift store dresses. Does it still count as an OOTD if I only wore it for two hours after my run and before my nap? (Napping before noon cause it’s a holiday weekend and my run wore me out)
