Thanks @DCKatie09 and @Clare-Dragonfly ! The green underlay is the dress ($8 from forever 21) and the top was purchased separately ($5) from a non-chain cheapo store in my neighborhood! It’s super comfy wasn’t going anywhere special!

This polka dotted thing is my ‘Day Job shirt’. It is a silky/dressy office type shirt that I alternate blazers overtop of.
It’s the only thing I wear to the office. My “uniform” so-to-speak.
I have two of these polka dotted dress shirts and in 8 days I will burn them in a bonfire.
